Delivery, Shipping and Return Policy
Packages are generally dispatched within 3-5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via some of the reputed and fast Courier or with any other courier service that is available at buyers location with tracking and drop-off without signature.
However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order due to non availability of the product purchased in group with the product available in stock. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 10 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment
If you prefer delivery by BLUEDART / FEDEX Courier company an additional cost may be applied. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
International Shipments are generally dispatched through UPS / FEDEX / DHL within 2 days after receipt of Payment.
Customers from Kashmir(Except Srinagar & Jammu), Agartala, Mizoram, Manipur, Tripura, Meghalaya(Except Shilong), Arunanchal Pradesh, Assam(Except Guwahati) should ask first before buying the product.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, where as transport fees vary according to total weight and or volume of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Shipment Transit Protection
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Before starting the delivery process, we check all the items thoroughly. There is no returns of any DJI, Hardware or physical product other than Softwares.
We request our valued customers to kindly cooperate with us in rare and unlikely event of lost shipment. Please rest assured that we will be putting our best efforts to know the whereabouts of your shipment. We do not provide insurance on any shipment.
All warranties are provided by the manufacturers and you should contact them directly about defects and problems. We would certainly provide you the best known contact numbers and details.
We aim to deliver pre-ordered products on the official launch date in India, provided that we have received and processed your payment. This is not always possible due to availability at our manufacturer's end.
Delivery charges may apply to all pre-orders unless otherwise stated.
Standard Delivery timelines (estimated 2 to 7 days) will apply from the moment the pre-ordered product is available.
If pre-orders are placed at the same time as regular orders, your online order status and shipping confirmation emails will not include the pre-order.
Pre-ordered products are shipped separately.
Pre-ordered products availability lead time is from 2 - 4 weeks from the stock availability at the manufacturers end.
Refunds & Order Cancellation on Pre-Ordered products will only be processed after 30 days from the date of purchase.
